I had been wondering where the startup founder had  disappeared.  She got married , relocated and is now looking for a job.   That is one of the reasons most  people don’t take female business owners seriously in India, they  assume they will get married and give up everything.  A lot depends on the kind of person you are, looking at the CV it was obvious that it was not a long term committment.

Most customers will try to get response the conventional way.  They will try to contact customer support or the concerned person by phone or by email.  If they do not get any response or are not satisfied by the response they get, they will  use other methods like posting on forums and blogs.

“Empty tins make the most noise”

If  some one is a smooth talker, or makes a lot of promises, it is advisable to be careful.  Most of these companies / people offer poor customer service and products.
